As far as we know, high-end materials such as single crystal tungsten are usually specialized supply commodities and are used in key scientific research projects, the possibility of entering the collection market is low unless there are some huge accident. Combining its origin and the description of this quality inspection report, it is speculated that it comes from the USSR, agency between 1960 and 1990.
